{"id":3616,"date":"2020-05-08T15:47:57","date_gmt":"2020-05-08T15:47:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yoganna-yoga.com\/?p=3616"},"modified":"2020-05-08T15:47:57","modified_gmt":"2020-05-08T15:47:57","slug":"keto-gehakt-met-overheerlijke-kaas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yoganna-yoga.com\/en\/keto-gehakt-met-overheerlijke-kaas\/","title":{"rendered":"KETO GEHAKT MET OVERHEERLIJKE KAAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Als het gaat over tijd, dan hebben we er allemaal te weinig van en toch hebben we allen 24 uur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Als er 1 iets is dat ikzelf graag snel klaar heb is het avondeten.\u00a0 Ik vind het heerlijk om te koken maar het mag me niet teveel tijd kosten :-).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Na een drukke dag heb ik onderstaande recept op nog geen half uur klaar gemaakt en het smaakt overheerlijk!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>PREP TIJD:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">max. 30 minuten<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>AANTAL:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2-3 personen<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">500 gram gehakt<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 brocolli<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3-5 tomaten<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1-2 tenen look<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">500 gram gruy\u00e8re kaas<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Peper en zout<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Olijfolie<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>BEREIDING:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kook de brocolli (die in kleine stukken is gesneden) tot deze gaar is met zout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Terwijl de brocollie kookt kan je het gehakt goed aanbakken met peper en zout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Voeg de brocolli bij het gehakt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Snijd de tomaten in stukjes samen met de look en bak deze even op in olijfolie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Voeg alles samen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Voeg als laatste de gruy\u00e8re kaas toe en laat deze met het gehele gerecht nog even \u201csudderen\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kruid met peper en zout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>TIP:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Experimenteer met pesto eraan toe te voegen, zo heb je een hele andere smaak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Voeg er een heerlijke groene salade aan toe!
