En niet zo maar een yoghurt maar een heerlijke cocosyoghurt. \u00a0Er zijn verschillende soorten cocosyoghurt en het is zoeken geweest (winkels, websites, artikels gelezen) om te weten te komen welke nu de meest gezonde was en de lekkerst. \u00a0Ik ben uitgekomen op het merk \u201cAbbot Kinney\u2019s\u201d. \u00a0Het is geen goedkoop merk, je betaalt al gauw 4,00 \u2013 5,00 euro voor een pot van 400 ml. Echter neem je als ontbijt ongeveer 150 gram en dan kom je er 2 \u2013 3 dagen mee toe. \u00a0Je kan deze aankopen via de biowinkel of online bestellen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Experimenteer met het recept want je kan er oneindig ver mee gaan. \u00a0Ik heb het gehouden op de basis zodat jullie zelf jullie creativiteit kunnen laten losgaan!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PREP. TIJD:<\/span> \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5 minuten<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>AANTAL:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 persoon<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">150 gram cocosyoghurt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">0,5 theelepel rauwe &amp; ongesuikerde cacaopoeder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 theelepel Erythritol (natuurlijke suikervervanger met de structuur van suiker).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Optioneel (rekeninghoudend met de macronutri\u00ebnten van het Ketogeen dieet): chiazaad, rode bessen, frambozen, cocosrasp, noten etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>BEREIDING:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meng de cocosyoghurt met de rauwe &amp; ongesuikerde cacaopoeder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Voeg Erythritol naar smaak toe (met een halve theelepel kom je meestal toe).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Voeg eventuele bovengenoemde extras toe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Smullen maar!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>TIP:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Je kan in mooie laagjes werken of er een fantastische bowl van maken. \u00a0Ook kan je dit al de avond ervoor doen en is het een leuke ochtend om je ontbijt heerlijk op te smullen.
