Anders dan in het verleden, wordt de eenheid van lichaam en geest nu vooral gezocht (en gevonden) in een combinatie van ademhaling, lichaamsbeweging en concentratie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>ASANAS:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yoga leert ons lichaam en geest, en om geest en bewustzijn met elkaar in balans te brengen. De oefeningen (Asanas) bieden kracht en energie en zorgen voor een algeheel aangenaam gevoel van ontspanning. Juist in onze hectische 21ste eeuw is yoga een goede manier om rust en ontspanning toe te staan. Geen wonder dat yoga de laatste jaren zo populair is geweest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>BALANS:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Iedereen die yoga beoefent op welk niveau dan ook, zal veranderingen aanbrengen in zijn of haar gemoedstoestand. Je zorgt ervoor dat je geest meer in balans is en je ervaart minder emotionele druk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>EENVOUDIG:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mensen die niet bekend zijn met yoga, hebben soms het idee dat yoga vooral gaat over het doen van gecompliceerde en ongemakkelijke fysieke oefeningen.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Het tegenovergestelde is waar.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Natuurlijk zijn er veel asana\u2019s die de nodige kracht en behendigheid nodig hebben, maar degenen die met yoga beginnen, merken al snel dat de meeste klassieke yoga-oefeningen redelijk eenvoudig uit te voeren zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>VOOR WIE:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yoga is voor iedereen.
