BackMitra\u00ae te gebruiken begin je druk uit te oefenen op plaatsen van de wervelkolom waar er een excessieve kromming is.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">De wervels zullen naar een nieuwe -beter uitgelijnde- positie bewegen zo krijgen de onderliggende spiergroepen de kans te ontspannen.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Na enige tijd blijft de wervelkolom steeds langer in de nieuwe positie en keert je rug naar zijn natuurlijke gezonde toestand terug.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Rugpijn is vaak een gevolg van een slecht uitgelijnde wervelkolom.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Terwijl de rugspieren de slecht uitgelijnde wervels proberen te ondersteunen raken ze in een staat van permanente spanning.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.025em;\">Wanneer dit gebeurt wordt de bloedstroom door het weefsel gehinderd waardoor de spier verhardt en begint pijn te doen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Door de uitlijning van de wervelkolom te verbeteren kunnen de rugspieren ontspannen, de bloedstroom verbetert en zal de rugpijn minder
