Fixed fasting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Only receive calories from fats during the part of the day that you &#8216;fast&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Not so suitable if you mainly use the method to lose weight.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In America there is a hype to replace your breakfast with bulletproof coffee.<br \/>\nThat is coffee with butter and coconut oil (or MCT oil) added.<br \/>\nYou get a lot of calories from those fats during your fast, with the result that you have less calorie headroom later in the day.<br \/>\nIn addition, the calories from pure fat do not really give you a feeling of satisfaction, so you quickly get too much energy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>2. This is most easily achieved by postponing your breakfast until later in the day. You don&#8217;t eat anything around it (drinking is allowed of course, as long as it&#8217;s drinks without calories).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Intermittent fasting eating schedule<br \/>\nFor example, what does an IF eating plan look like?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">12.00-13.00: meal 1<br \/>\n4:00 pm &#8211; 5:00 pm: meal 2<br \/>\n7-8pm: meal 3<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">As you can see, IF doesn&#8217;t mean you have to skip meals.<br \/>\nYou don&#8217;t have to eat non-stop during the &#8216;eating period&#8217; either, depending on how you plan the meals!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If you want more information about intermittent fasting, you can find many articles online.<br \/>\nI myself am a big fan of Dr. Josh Axe.<br \/>\nOn YouTube you can find a lot of interesting videos about him that are not only related to the ketogenic life.<br \/>\nHe has endless nice tips about essential oils, healthy food, etc &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I wish you a lot of fun exploring!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In a previous blog I provided more information about the ketogenic lifestyle.
