{"id":3628,"date":"2020-05-08T16:01:32","date_gmt":"2020-05-08T16:01:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yoganna-yoga.com\/?p=3628"},"modified":"2020-05-08T16:01:32","modified_gmt":"2020-05-08T16:01:32","slug":"overheerlijke-veto-curry-gehaktballen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yoganna-yoga.com\/es\/overheerlijke-veto-curry-gehaktballen\/","title":{"rendered":"OVERHEERLIJKE KETO CURRY GEHAKTBALLEN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Oh yeah, deze gekruide heerlijke gehaktballen zullen je smaakpapillen verwennen!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Telkens dat ik het maak is het een groot succes en wordt en gevraagd naar het recept en daarom dan ook deze blog.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Je hebt best wel veel kruiden nodig maar ik\u00a0 koop alles aan in grotere hoeveelheden bij de Indische winkel in Wilrijk genaamd \u201cSyham\u201d of bij \u201cSun Wah\u201d in Wijnegem.\u00a0 Dan heb je voor een goedkopere prijs meer kruiden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>PREP TIJD:<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">max. 45 minuten<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>AANTAL:<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 \u2013 3 personen<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0500 gram gehakt (naar keuze).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 blikken vol vette cocoscr\u00e8me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 rode paprika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 groene paprika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 bloemkool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kruiden: garam masala, peper, Himalaya zout, paprikapoeder, currypoeder, Raz-el-Hanout poeder, kurkumapoeder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Theelepel rode curry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 \u2013 4 teentjes look.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Olijfolie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Water.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Konjac noodles (gekend als Zero Noodles, Slim Noodles, Shirataki Noodles, aan te kopen in je locale biowinkel).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Koriander om af te kruiden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>BEREIDING:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Snijd de look in kleine stukken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meng het gehakt en kruid goed met de benoemde kruiden.\u00a0 Laat je neus werken zodat je weet wanneer je voldoende gekruid hebt. Elke persoon is anders qua smaak.\u00a0 Ikzelf hou van stevig gekruid omdat het super lekker is maar ook omdat het enorm gezond is voor meerdere zaken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maak middelgrote gehaktballetjes en bak ze in de pan met veel olijfolie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Snijd de paprika\u2019s en bak deze apart met een flinke scheut olijfolie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Snijd de bloemkool in kleinere stukken en kook beetgaar.\u00a0 Niet te gaar want je gaat deze nog opbakken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bak de bloemkool op en voeg de gehaktballen en paprika\u2019s erbij.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Voeg de blikken cocoscr\u00e8me aan toe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kruid opnieuw met de benoemde kruiden.
