HATHA YOGA
In the name Hatha, the Sanskrit words and energies “HA” (sun & male) and “THA” (moon & female) come together. By bringing your breathing to certain places in the body, you bring your awareness there. Each posture consists of 4 moments: preparation, movement, persistence and feeling. You stay in a pose for 3-15 breaths so that you can feel.
YIN YOGA
Calm and refreshing class so that the energy can flow through. It strengthens and relaxes the connective tissue and joints and stretches the deeper muscles and the pelvic area. In addition, it ensures maximum freedom of movement. You get the time to feel every aspect of the body with a flexible, energetic and strong body as a result! It also stimulates the meridians and the organs and prepares the mind for meditation thanks to its calming effect.
YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is also known as “yoga sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It can be described as the conscious state between waking and sleeping.
It creates a sense of well-being through awareness and welcoming all that is present. You lie comfortably under a blanket in silence, motionless. All you do is follow the instructions with full attention, which relaxes you wonderfully, so that the subconscious is purified & tensions are released.
