You can make your own deodorant in 5 minutes.
It really requires little work and it will last you a wonderfully long time.
On top of that, the products are 100% natural & therefore great to use for your body.
INGREDIENTS:
30 gr. coconut oil.
3-4 teaspoons of baking soda.
3-6 drops of essential oil of your choice (I used Patchouli in my recipe).
Glass, boiled jar to put your deodorant in.
PREPARATION:
Melt the coconut oil.
Let the coconut oil cool down for a while.
Mix the baking soda well with the coconut oil.
Add the essential oil of your choice.
Dip 2 fingers in your deodorant, spread over your hands and then over your armpits.
Finished!
TIP:
I place my deodorant on the heating, so it is always liquid.
You just need to shake your jar and you’re done.
You can also use the deo hard.
If you suffer from sweaty feet, this is also ideal to use.
PATCHOULI
On the body:
Strengthens the nerves.
Anti-inflammatory.
Rejuvenates the skin.
Very suitable for skin allergies.
Works well against athlete’s foot.
Emotions & Psyche:
Helps with sadness and psychological shocks.
Very helpful for anxiety attacks.
Dispels anxiety during sex.
Spiritual – energetic:
Patchouli has a deep brown, sometimes reddish color and has a strong, earthy scent.
The oil is therefore associated with the root chakra and therefore has a strengthening and grounding influence on it.
But patchouli also works on the second chakra.
In aromatherapy, patchouli is seen as an aphrodisiac.
The second chakra is also associated with the watery elements in the body and patchouli promotes fluid drainage from the physical body.
Patchouli helps to ground and integrate energy and maintains contact with the physical self.
Contraindication:
Do not use essential oils during pregnancy (only in consultation with a doctor), essential oils can cause skin irritations in sensitive skin.
Always dilute the oils well with a vegetable oil when using on the skin.
Keep out of reach of children.
Enjoy using this deodorant!
